Make care part of your routine.
A little attention helps keep your watch looking its best. Follow the guidance supplied with your particular model and contact us if you are unsure about a setting or feature.
Clean gently
Wipe the case and bracelet with a clean, soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid abrasive products, solvents, perfume and harsh cleaning agents. Do not immerse the watch to clean it.
Be cautious around water
Check the water-resistance information for your model before exposure. A depth marking is not an instruction to use a watch at that depth. Avoid showers, hot water and steam, and do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet. Contact us before using your watch for swimming or other water activities.
Adjust with care
Follow your model's instructions when setting the time, date or other functions. Never force the crown or controls. Have bracelet sizing carried out by a watch professional if you are unfamiliar with the adjustment system.
Store thoughtfully
Keep your watch in a dry place, protected from knocks, direct heat and strong magnetic sources. When transporting it, use a soft pouch or its protective packaging.
