RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases from ORVEN at mmyorven.me, operated by LDI Imports Sales LLC.
Returns within 14 days
You may notify us that you wish to return an item within 14 calendar days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
To exercise this option, email contact@mmyorven.me with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to return or cancel the purchase. An order number is helpful, but other reasonable proof of purchase is accepted.
After notifying us, send the item back within the following 14 calendar days. Contact us for the correct return destination and instructions. A clear cancellation notice submitted within the applicable period does not depend on prior approval to be valid.
Return condition
You may inspect and try on the watch as you would in a shop.
Please return the watch with its included accessories and package it securely. Include the original box and packaging where available.
Where permitted by law, we may make a proportionate deduction for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine the item. Opening the packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory return rights.
Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover it.
We cover necessary return costs for an incorrect, defective or materially misdescribed item when we are responsible for the issue.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Please keep proof of postage. Do not send a return to the business address below or to an address printed on the parcel unless our team confirms that it is the correct return destination.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Describe the issue and provide photographs if available; we will not automatically reject a valid claim because photographs are unavailable.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, the resolution may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Our separate 45-day commercial guarantee does not replace or shorten statutory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods. Those rights may continue after the 14-day return period and the 45-day guarantee period.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
For an eligible cancellation, we refund the amount paid for the returned goods and any standard outbound delivery charge that must be refunded under applicable law. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refunded unless legally required.
We issue cancellation refunds without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, generally within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. Where the law permits, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order before dispatch. Once dispatch has occurred, the applicable return process will normally apply.
For an exchange, contact us to check availability and agree on the next steps before sending anything back.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law gives you a longer period or a more favourable remedy, that law takes priority.
