About these terms
This website, mmyorven.me, is operated by LDI Imports Sales LLC under the ORVEN brand. References to “ORVEN”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean LDI Imports Sales LLC.
These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with the policies disclosed before purchase.

Eligibility and information
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you are not legally able to do so, an authorised adult must complete the purchase.
You agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and to keep any account credentials secure.
Products and descriptions
Product specifications, included accessories, prices and availability are described on the relevant product pages.
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description.
Follow the instructions applicable to your model, including care and water-resistance guidance. If you need clarification about a specification, contact us before purchasing.
Prices, payments and promotions
The applicable currency, product price, discounts and charges collected by us are displayed before you complete checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order is fulfilled. Any currency-conversion or payment fees charged separately by your bank are governed by your agreement with that provider.
Promotions apply according to their disclosed conditions. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer or checkout permits it.
Orders and availability
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
If we identify an availability problem, a material pricing error or another issue that prevents fulfilment, we will contact you. We will not impose an increased price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
If an order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled, amounts collected for the cancelled goods will be refunded.
We may decline transactions where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud or unlawful use, subject to applicable law.
Processing and delivery
Order processing takes 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated transit time to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and eligible European destinations is 12–19 business days after dispatch.

Returns and guarantee
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the proposed 14-day return period, return procedures and refunds.
ORVEN also provides a 45-day commercial guarantee as described in our Guarantee Policy.
These commercial policies do not remove or shorten mandatory consumer rights. Statutory remedies may remain available after a commercial return or guarantee period has ended.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to commit fraud, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with store operations or obtain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photographs and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to ORVEN or their respective rights holders.
Access to the website does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials beyond what applicable law allows.
Privacy and third-party services
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure; your purchase contract is with LDI Imports Sales LLC.
Payment providers and other third-party services may have additional terms applicable to their own services. Those terms do not remove our obligations as the seller.
Responsibility and consumer protection
We remain responsible for the obligations imposed on us by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable legal responsibilities.
Nothing requires you to waive mandatory consumer protections, statutory guarantees or access to remedies available under the laws applicable to your purchase.
Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
If a dispute arises, contact us so we can seek a resolution. Doing so does not prevent you from exercising other legal rights.
